Deliveries

Regarding deliveries, Lanae tricot commits to shipping paid orders within 7 business days. We will do our best to send the products as quickly as possible.

Lanae tricot is not responsible for any delivery delays, damage, or loss of the package. The responsibility lies with the delivery service, La Poste or Mondial Relay.

Returns

You have 14 working days from the date of delivery to return your products. Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Any item that has been damaged or used will not be refunded or exchanged. Skeins that have been wound into balls will not be accepted, nor will wool that has been knitted, used, stained, or exposed to strong odors (cigarette smoke, food, etc.). No returns will be accepted for defective yarn.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

The refund for your items will be processed within a maximum of 15 working days (from the date Lanae Tricot receives your package), using the same payment method as used for the original order. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Before any return, please notify us by email at lanae.atelierboutique@gmail.com, providing the following information:

  • your first and last name,
  • the order number (in the case of an online order),
  • your email address and phone number,
  • the reason for the return
