Ananas (Lang Yarns) is a yarn whose composition and design are particularly virtuous. It is partly made of pineapple fibers, which are usually considered waste and burned after fruit harvesting. These fibers are processed without bleaching agents and using a sustainable method. Impurities are removed by two types of treatments, one mechanical, the other enzymatic, which leaves no harmful residues in the environment. Pineapple fibers have a rustic feel but are not irritating; combined with lyocell, which provides drape and a slightly satiny appearance, the result of this yarn is very interesting!
