This rare breed of sheep originates from the south of France, and due to the high crimp of its fleece, the yarn spun from this wool contains trapped air pockets, which helps insulate garments and make them warmer. The wool of this breed is exceptionally fluffy, bouncy, and soft. Spun in Turkey by a GOTS-certified mill, which also dyes on-site, reducing the carbon footprint of this yarn.
